These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website and the services offered through it, including online booking and payment for physical screenings. By accessing or using our Website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website or services.

Keep It Moving, LLC provides DOT, PPE, and Pre-Employment Physicals screenings. Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Keep It Moving, LLC Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Website or its services.

2. Nature of Services

Keep It Moving, LLC provides scheduling and payment services for various physical screenings, including:

Department of Transportation (DOT) Physicals
Preparticipation Physical Evaluation (PPE) Clearances
Pre-Employment Physicals

3. Online Booking and Payment

Appointment Scheduling: Our Website allows you to schedule appointments for the physical screenings we offer. All appointments are subject to availability.
Payment: All services booked through the Website require upfront payment at the time of booking. We accept various online payment methods as indicated onthe Website. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
No Insurance Acceptance: Keep It Moving, LLC does not accept health insurance for any of its services. All services are self-pay. It is your responsibility to understand and agree to this payment model before booking an appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
Cancellations: Cancellation Policy, "Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% forfeiture of the payment.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling Policy, "Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
No-Shows: No-Show Policy., Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation or rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the full payment.

4. Exam Results and Confidentiality

No Online Results: Results of your physical screenings will NOT be provided through this Website or any online portal.
Result Delivery: Your results will be provided directly to the requesting employer/entity as authorized by you, and/or a copy will be provided to you in person at the time of your exam or via secure mail, as agreed upon during your visit.
Confidentiality: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your Protected Health Information (PHI) collected during your physical screenings. While Keep It Moving, LLC does not bill insurance and may not be a HIPAA "covered entity" in the traditional sense, we adhere to strict privacy practices to protect your health information. Your explicit written authorization will be obtained at the time of your exam for the release of your results to your employer, in accordance with applicable federal (e.g., DOT) and state laws.

5. Online Messaging to Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME)

Purpose: The messaging feature on this Website is provided for general inquiries related to your appointments, documentation, or non-urgent follow-up questions after an exam.
NOT for Emergencies: This messaging system is NOT for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately or seek immediate medical attention.
No Medical Advice/Diagnosis: Do not use this messaging system to seek medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for new medical conditions or urgent health concerns. Our Certified Medical Examiners will not provide medical advice or diagnoses through this platform.
Response Times: Messages are typically reviewed during business hours 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm EST business hours, e.g., Monday-Friday. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days. For urgent matters, please call our office directly at 864-497-5877.
Confidentiality: While we strive to maintain the security and confidentiality of messages sent through this system, all electronic communications carry some inherent risks. Please do not send highly sensitive personal health information that has not already been part of your exam records through this messaging feature.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking appointments and making payments.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Website.
Do not use the Website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials if provided.
